How do I create teams?

Below you will find steps on how to create teams on the Vanta platform.

Step 1. Make sure you are in the correct spot

• If you are a member of a specific partner league, please use the dropdown in the top right corner of your screen to indicate the correct league. If you do not see your league, please contact us at support@vanta.gg.

Step 2. From the dashboard, click on "TEAMS".

Then, click on "CREATE NEW TEAM FOR FALL"

Step 3. Search for your league using the "JOIN A LEAGUE" search bar. Choose your league by clicking "SELECT A LEAGUE"

• Please make sure that it corresponds with your appropriate league if you are a member of a partnership league i.e. Texas Middle School Valorant, or Hawaii High School Rocket League) If you are not a member of a partnership league, the name of your league should start with "Vanta".

Step 4. Enter your team's name

• We suggest something descriptive like “Jefferson Middle Rocket League - Varsity” or “Washington High Apex - Jr. Varsity”

Step 5. Add the team's gamers by clicking on the checkbox next to the available gamer's names (only gamers who have accepted a school invite and created an account will show up on this list)

Step 6. OPTIONAL: Add the team's practice times (using 24-hour time format)

Step 7. Review and finalize your team by clicking "CREATE TEAM"

Once you have created teams Vanta will schedule them as soon as the season starts. Teams will be "locked in" at the end of the each Pre-Season.
