Player Exception Form

This form is for reporting to Vanta any exceptions that need to be made in eligibility for your team. All students are expected to be from the same campus/school for out state-specific leagues, unless they meet the following circumstances:

Student is homeschooled but resides within the district.
Student attends a school within the district footprint that cannot create a roster to compete due to the size of the school.
If a school believes there is a valid reason for the player to be permitted to play on their roster. These options will be reviewed by the Vanta team for approval.

Each is on a case by case basis and must be approved specifically by Vanta, otherwise the expectation will be that each team will be comprised of students only from the same campus/school for our state leagues.

Teams that come from community organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs, the YMCA, or other similar after school community programs will compete in our Vanta National League and not the more state-specific leagues unless told otherwise.
