How do I check-in?

Below you will find steps on how to check-in on the Vanta platform. The check-in process will help you with communicating with your opponent that you intend to be on time for your match and are looking forward to playing your match for the day. Please make sure to follow this process, as failure to check-in may result in a forfeit for your team if no further communication is made.

Please Note: The Check-in button will only be clickable 1 (one) hour before the game schedule. The button will become unavailable after the 15-minute wait period after the scheduled start time of the match.

Step 1. From your Dashboard > Click the "My Events" tab

Step 2. Choose the scheduled match > Click "View Details"

Step 3. On the left side of the screen, you'll see the "Check-in" button. Click the button to notify the other team that you have checked in and will be ready for the match at the scheduled match time.

If a game requires a Lobby ID and password, the code will appear once the Check-in button is clicked. You will not have access to the lobby ID and password for games that require it until both teams have fully checked in. 

If you need to communicate with your opponent about anything prior to checking in, please use the official matchup chat. Otherwise, the opponent's coach's email will be available under the "Coaches" tab on the team information box.

Reminders:

  • If one member performs the check-in, it covers the entire team.
  • Score submission can still be submitted within 72 hours, after the start of the match
