How do I get a refund?

In order to initiate a refund from Vanta please contact our support team at support@vanta.gg. Refunds will primarily be processed based on the structure below, however if there are extenuating circumstances we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. The current refund structure is as follows: 

  • Paid Competitive League: Vanta will allow a full refund any time up to the second week of the season, beyond the second week refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Paid Camps: Vanta will allow a full refund any time up to the second day of the camp, beyond that second day refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Private Coaching Lesson: Refunds will be issued to anyone who books a private coaching session up to the start of the session itself, once the session begins refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect charges: Vanta will always work to make our customers whole if they are charged incorrectly at any point!
