Why can't I register/log in?
Login and registration issues can usually be traced to a conflict in local network settings. Our platform uses a number of web domains - if these domains are blocked by your network settings, it can prevent our platform from successfully verifying your email.
An indicator of failed email verifications would be the "Something went wrong, please try again" error.
If you're receiving this error, please refer to our inclusion list article and make sure all of our domains are unblocked on your network.
If you're still unable to register/log in after having our domains unblocked, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help you with further troubleshooting.
