Incorrect charge on my account

If there is an incorrect charge on your account please contact the Vanta Support team at support@vanta.gg. Please include a payment or reference number for the charge so the support team can verify the issue.

When a refund is issued through Stripe (payment system) the payment typically takes between 3-5 business days to be processed. If you do not see the funds in your account within that time frame please reach out to support@vanta.gg and we will coordinate with our partners at Stripe to identify the cause of the delay.
