What if I have to miss a match day?

If your scheduled match time isn’t a good fit for you (early dismissal, snow-days, etc) you can connect with the opposing team to accommodate a later or earlier time. This will be handled on a case by case basis, and there’s no guarantee that the opposing team will agree to the new times. We find that the sooner you reach out to the opposing team with a potential issue, the more likely you are to work out a reschedule time (versus having to take a forfeit). 

Once you and your opponent have agreed upon a time to reschedule, you can email us at support@vanta.gg and we will update the time in our system. 

Similarly, if you know weeks ahead of time that you will have to miss matches due to holidays or vacation breaks, please reach out to support@vanta.gg to let us know. We will do what we can to accommodate BYE week requests (weeks where you will not be scheduled).

Note: projected matches may still show up on your calendar the weeks leading up to your requested bye week. Projected matches are usually confirmed 72 hours before their scheduled date. Once these matches are confirmed, we will be able to reschedule them as bye matches. If you've sent in your bye requests and received confirmation from our team, you can disregard matches that are still projected for those days on your calendar.
