How do I sign up for camps?

Looking to keep your esports athletes engaged through the off-season, or introduce them to game design and programming concepts? Our specialized esports and game design camps open up the playing field for a broader form of learning and training. We offer customizable packages with special pricing, which are available year-round.

If you're interested in signing up your gamers for one of our camps, the following steps will guide you through our onboarding process:

Step 1

If it's your first time signing up with Vanta, book a meeting with one of our Customer Service Specialists - we will guide you through the account creation process and answer any questions about our games and platform.

If you've already met with us for onboarding in one of our previous seasons, you're ready for step 2!

Step 2

Invite participating players to make an account via your Vanta dashboard.

Step 3

Fill out our camp onboarding form, indicating the names and emails of each participating player.

Step 4

Wait to receive confirmation. We will notify you when your students have been successfully added to their camp teams, and likewise, when their coach has been assigned. Note: players and coaches will be assigned relative to the camps start date - confirmations will typically be sent out a few weeks before those dates.

Step 5

Download and update your games. Make sure your software and hardware setup is ready to go prior to the start of the camp.

Preparation for our camps should follow the same guidelines as our preseason preparation.
